File Sharing

There are many options for sharing files with colleagues, but for any departmental or institutional data, you should be using uBox or Microsoft O365, University of Utah, OneDrive. For University documents you should use a University service. You can also use the College of Fine Arts file servers for sharing data with colleagues, but restricted data should only be on FSI, which has more restrictive access than FS.
