Server Maintenance is scheduled for the following days/times during the Fall 2025 semester. Please allow up to 3 hours for maintenance to complete.

Once a course has space set up, students can request access at the following address:

The server maintenance schedule for Fall 2025 will be posted on Monday, Aug 18. The first maintenance window is August 21 starting at 5:30 PM

FS.FA.UTAH.EDU maintenance is complete and is available for connections. Please let us know if you experience any difficulties with the server.

1. On 2 August 2024 at 11:59 PM Student account and course folder access ends. Students, should copy anything they wish to keep before that time.

2. On 12 August 2024 at 10:00 AM course folders and student folders will be deleted.

3. On 16 August 2024 at 1:00 PM the form for requesting course space for Fall 2024 will be available on our web site (http://helpdesk.finearts.utah.edu).

Students: Access to course and student homes ends on May 1 at 11:59 PM. Remember to copy any data you wish to keep from the server before then!

There is scheduled maintenance for the file servers on the following dates:

Fall 2022 Course Space on fs.fa.utah.edu will be cleared out on Dec 27 starting at 1:00 PM

The course space request form for Spring 2023 will be available on January 3rd, 2023.
