The form to request access to course data for students enrolled in a College of Fine Arts’ course is here: http://helpdesk.finearts.utah.edu/index.php/server_accounts

The main purpose of the server space is to allow students to store data for their current courses, turn in assignments and access course materials. Remember to save the items you wish to keep from your course before the last day of finals! Student accounts expire at the end of each semester and the data is deleted.
