Request Server Space

Please contact our office at (JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) if you wish to request server space for your students. We will need the following information for each class needing space:

  1. Instructor Name, uNID, Email
  2. Class Area, e.g. Art, or Fine Arts
  3. Class Number, e.g. 6610
  4. Section Number
  5. Class Title
  6. Meeting Days and Times
  7. Common data types to be used, e.g. HD video, web sites, music notation files.
  8. Approximately how much space you think each student will require.

Additionally, if your class is cross-listed, let us know which class area and number to appear in the drop-down list. This also determines the group folder name for your class.

Please remember that all student server accounts expire at the end of the semester. Your students must back up any data they wish to keep before the last day of finals or else they will lose it.
